RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the limited and original nature of the artworks, all sales are considered final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

• The artwork

• The packaging

• Any visible damage

Each case will be reviewed carefully.

If the damage is confirmed, a replacement (for limited editions) or partial refund may be offered where appropriate.

Original Paintings

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces and are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited editions may be eligible for replacement only if damaged during shipping.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, processing begins, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
